Japanese-inspired Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 600 g carrots julienned or shredded
  • 1 medium onion sliced into half-moons
  • 600 g cabbage julienned or shredded
  • Few cloves of garlic minced
  • 600 g bean sprouts

Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and cut vegetables.
  • Heat a bit of vegetable oil In a large skillet or wok.
  • Add carrots, onions and garlic. Stir fry until slightly wilted.
  • Next add shredded cabbage, and stir fry until wilted.
  • Add bean sprouts and seasoning for vegetables, stir to combine.
  • Assemble and serve.
