Japanese-inspired Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

carrots
julienned or shredded

medium onion
sliced into half-moons

cabbage

Few cloves of garlic

Seasonings

oyster sauce

soy sauce

white pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut vegetables.
Heat a bit of vegetable oil In a large skillet or wok.
Add carrots, onions and garlic. Stir fry until slightly wilted.
Next add shredded cabbage, and stir fry until wilted.
Add bean sprouts and seasoning for vegetables, stir to combine.
Assemble and serve.
