Pad Krapao Moo
The aroma of Thai basil, the convenience of ground pork, and the savoury touch of fish sauce come together in this Thai-inspired stir fry.

Ingredients

ground pork

string beans

cloves
garlic
finely minced
Chili peppers
to taste

fish sauce

tsp
sugar
Salt

Splash of vinegar or lemon/lime juice

Thai basil
to taste
Instructions
Make rice. Wash and dice up the string beans.
Brown pork in the pan on high heat. Stir and break up with spatula.
Prepare garlic and wash Thai basil while pork is cooking.
Reserve the pork. Keep heat on high. Dump string beans into pan and stir until slightly softened.
Make a well in the beans and briefly stir fry garlic.
Return pork to pan. Add sauce, stir to combine.
Just before serving, turn the heat off and stir in Thai basil.
Notes
Top with a fried egg with a runny yolk for an easy upgrade.
