Pork and Peppers Stir Fry
My all-purpose stir fry sauce transforms ordinary ingredients into one-wok wonders.

- 300 g thinly sliced pork
- 300 g Bell peppers
- A few cloves of garlic and a few shallots
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Wash and cut the peppers and aromatics.
Grab all the ingredients and sauces you need.
Put the pan on high heat, and add in a drizzle of high-heat oil.
Add peppers to pan and stir until lightly charred.
Add aromatics and pork. Stir until almost done.
Add sauce ingredients and stir until it coats the ingredients.
Plate up and serve.
