My all-purpose stir fry sauce transforms ordinary ingredients into one-wok wonders.

Ingredients

  • 300 g thinly sliced pork
  • 300 g Bell peppers
  • A few cloves of garlic and a few shallots
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the peppers and aromatics.
  • Grab all the ingredients and sauces you need.
  • Put the pan on high heat, and add in a drizzle of high-heat oil.
  • Add peppers to pan and stir until lightly charred.
  • Add aromatics and pork. Stir until almost done.
  • Add sauce ingredients and stir until it coats the ingredients.
  • Plate up and serve.
