Pork and Peppers Stir Fry

- 300 g pork sliced thin
- 2 bell peppers julienned
- Several cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Start rice in rice cooker. Wash and cut vegetables into small pieces.
Stir fry the pork briefly in some oil, reserving when they’re still slightly pink.
Re-oil the pan if needed. Stir fry vegetables briefly, for 1 to 2 minutes, along with spices if using any.
Return the pork to the pan. Stir to combine, then add the sauce.
Stir to combine sauce with ingredients, and serve.
