Pork and Peppers Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 300 g pork sliced thin
  • 2 bell peppers julienned
  • Several cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Start rice in rice cooker. Wash and cut vegetables into small pieces.
  • Stir fry the pork briefly in some oil, reserving when they’re still slightly pink.
  • Re-oil the pan if needed. Stir fry vegetables briefly, for 1 to 2 minutes, along with spices if using any.
  • Return the pork to the pan. Stir to combine, then add the sauce.
  • Stir to combine sauce with ingredients, and serve.
